If you are an NDIS participant, you may be able to use your funding to purchase our products.
Eligible Funding in your budget.
Participants who have AT needs may have funding included in their Consumables budget to enable them to purchase low risk, low cost AT. In most cases, NDIS participants will self-manage these funds and pay the provider directly.
We guarantee that with our personalized hearing technology you will hear better.
If you’re not happy, simply return the product to Nuheara for a refund within 30 days.

Self-Managed Plans
If you are self-managed you can order, pay and submit your claim to NDIS yourself (we do not need you to complete the service agreement form).
Managed Plans
If you are third party/plan managed the plan manager pays Nuheara directly for the resources. Request a quote and forward this to your plan manager. You do not need to complete a service agreement for us. They will use the quote form to make a claim if appropriate and then transfer the payment to us. Once payment is received we will process and send your order to you.

Agency (NDIA) Managed
If you are agency (NDIA) managed you will need to press the REQUEST FOR QUOTE button and complete the form. We will then submit a claim (if appropriate) to the NDIA directly for you. If it is approved we will process and send your order.
