JUSTIN MILLER
Managing Director and Group CEO (Co-founder)
Mr. Miller is a serial entrepreneur who has developed a thorough knowledge of the global technology and innovation marketplace during his 25-year executive career. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Miller has successfully founded and managed the aggressive and profitable growth of technology, manufacturing, and service-related companies. This includes strategic acquisitions, capital raisings, research and development, product development and onshore/offshore manufacture, significant staff growth, and multi-million-dollar sales deals involving both direct and channel sales models. Mr. Miller founded ASX-listed IT services company, Empired (ASX:EPD) and most recently was the founder and CEO of industrial hearing and communication company, Sensear Pty Ltd, where he was responsible for growing the global business from the San Francisco Bay Area.
IVAN KELLY
Chief Financial Officer
Ivan is a seasoned executive with extensive corporate finance experience globally including capital markets in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia. Prior to joining Nuheara, Ivan was based in New York as the VP of Corporate Finance at a leading US sports-tech entertainment company. This cumulated 12 years of experience as a senior executive at a global FTSE100 / EURO STOXX 50 business including acting as its Head of Investor Relations. Living with lifelong hearing loss, Ivan is passionate about how hearing technology accessibility can transform well-being globally and was excited with the opportunity to join Nuheara in May 2023 to leverage his corporate experience and help Nuheara accelerate its mission. A Chartered Accountant, Ivan started his career at KPMG, Ireland.
TONY SULSONA
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Tony has 30 years of experience with medical and consumer product companies in the US. He is an accomplished sales and marketing executive in sales leadership, senior-level management, and business development at established and startup healthcare and medical device companies, with proven success executing commercialization, marketing initiatives, customer service, and managing strategic stakeholder relationships. Tony’s hearing healthcare experience spans nearly 20 years of launching the “World’s First Disposable Hearing Aid”, the “World’s First Middle-Ear Implantable Device”, and currently with Nuheara, the “World’s First FDA-Cleared Self-Fitting OTC Hearing Aid”. Tony was the Vice President of Sales for a Swiss hearing aid manufacturer for 13 years where he also served as Sales & Marketing Strategic Advisor and US Brand Strategy Think Tank delegate. Tony is based in the US.
CHRISTOPHE CHENE
Senior Vice President, Strategic Growth
Christophe is a semiconductor industry veteran who has served in several executive and general management positions at global companies including Texas Instruments, Xilinx, and Dialog Semiconductor for over three decades. Across various technologies and multiple markets, he acquired a passion for crafting winning strategies, building and leading international organizations, developing new products, and driving business development. Throughout his career, Christophe is credited for successfully executing multiple business creations and turnarounds.
